1. Operator and Acceptance
This website, mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) are operated by C PLUS PLACEMENT DOT COM PRIVATE LIMITED (“Career Plus Placement”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy.
2. Services
We provide an online recruitment and career-services platform for job discovery, candidate profiles, applications, employer job postings, candidate search, hiring workflows, alerts and selected career-support services. Features available to you depend on your account type and selected plan. We do not guarantee an interview, offer, placement, candidate availability or hiring outcome.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a contract under applicable Indian law. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
4. Pricing, Taxes and Payments
Plan prices, billing periods and included features are displayed on the Pricing page and confirmed again before payment. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Online payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers, including Cashfree Payments. We do not store complete card, bank-account or UPI credentials.
A purchase is confirmed only after our server receives successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. A bank debit or pending status alone does not confirm activation. If money is debited but access is not activated, contact us with the order or transaction reference.
5. Subscription Period and Renewal
Access starts after verified payment and remains available for the period shown at checkout. Current plans do not automatically renew unless auto-renewal is expressly shown and separately authorised during checkout. You may choose not to renew. Cancelling a plan does not normally produce a pro-rata refund; refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Delivery and Fulfilment
Our services are digital; no physical goods are shipped. Standard plan access is usually activated immediately after verified payment and in any event within the timeline stated in our Service Delivery Policy. Custom or assisted services may require scheduling and customer inputs.
7. Employer and Job-Seeker Responsibilities
- Employers must post genuine, lawful and accurate opportunities and must not demand unauthorised fees or misuse candidate data.
- Job seekers must provide accurate profile, qualification and application information.
- Users must independently evaluate job offers, candidates and communications before acting.
- Users must comply with employment, tax, privacy, anti-discrimination and other applicable laws.
8. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Platform for fraud, impersonation, unlawful recruitment, harassment, malware, credential theft, unauthorised scraping, resale of access, infringement of rights or attempts to bypass security or plan limits.
9. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the Platform. Our brand, software, interface and original content remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or commercially exploited without written permission.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access where an account violates these Terms, creates safety or legal risk, misuses payment facilities or remains unpaid. You may request account deletion through the Platform or the Account Deletion page. Clauses intended to survive termination continue to apply.
11. Platform Availability and Disclaimers
We use reasonable care to keep the Platform available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Employer and candidate content is supplied by those users. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or conduct of independent users. Our aggregate liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution through our customer-support channel. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
14. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. The effective date above will be revised and material changes may be communicated through the Platform. Questions may be sent to info@careerplus-jobs.com or through our Contact page.
